BC Functional Consultant

Dubai, UAE · Kochi, India

Business Central implementation and client delivery across multiple industry verticals.

About the role

You will lead the functional side of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations — from requirements gathering and gap analysis through to configuration, testing, and go-live. You will work directly with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into system configuration.

What you'll do

  • Lead requirements workshops and document functional specifications
  • Configure Business Central modules — finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and projects
  • Design approval workflows, dimensions, posting groups, and role centres
  • Support data migration and reconciliation activities
  • Conduct user acceptance testing with client teams
  • Provide go-live support and post-implementation hypercare

What we're looking for

  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and business processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
  • Client-facing communication skills
  • Structured approach to documentation and testing

Nice to have

  • MB-800 or MB-820 certification
  • Experience with real estate, construction, or SME verticals
  • Familiarity with AL development or Power Platform integrations
