Source-to-Target Data Mapping
We document every data entity in your legacy system and map it to the corresponding structure in the target platform. No assumptions, no shortcuts.
Extraction
Data is extracted from your legacy system in a structured, repeatable manner. We handle Tally XML exports, Zoho API pulls, QuickBooks data files, and SAP B1 SQL extracts.
Transformation
Cleaning, normalising, and restructuring your data to match the target schema. Account codes are remapped, dimensions are aligned, and duplicates are resolved.
Loading
Staged imports with validation at every step. Master data first, then opening balances, then historical transactions — each verified before moving to the next layer.
Reconciliation & Sign-Off
Trial balance reconciliation, transaction count verification, and a formal sign-off document. We do not consider a migration complete until the numbers tie.
